QLx3 Quantum Leap x 3

 

The Quantum Leap Social Network (QLx3) is the public face of a Private ‘Affinity’ Group (OPG), which is the gateway to a new International Credit Union.  The Credit Union cannot advertise their Affinity Group because of its private nature but it can 'affiliate' their Affinity Group with an organization that is a Social Network (QLx3).  This organization can absolutely reach out to people all over the world with a network of ‘one on one’ communications. 

 Free members in QLx3 who upgrade for a one-time cost of $49.00 and remain active with a $15.00 monthly fee are eligible to join the Private Affinity Group (OPG) and open an account in the International Credit Union. 

 
Once you have become an Active Affiliate in QLx3 you are entitled to join the Private Affinity Group (OPG) in your back office.  The Private Affinity Group educates members on all aspects of asset protection etc.  The annual cost for Preferred Members is USD$100.00 (e-Bullion e-currency). 
 
Note: In order to remain in good standing with the Private Affinity Group it is necessary to remain current with your USD15.00 monthly activity fee in QLX3.
 
As a member of the Private Affinity Group (OPG) you are now eligible to open an account with the International Credit Union.  This is a time sensitive offer as there will only be 9000 accounts worldwide. 
 
The Charter Membership, the first 3000 member accounts, is now closed but as of this date (May 13, 2008) it is possible to participate in the International Credit Union as a Preferred member, which is the group between 3001 and 6000.  General Membership will begin when the count is over 6000. There are substantial benefits to being a Preferred Member, which will be mentioned later.
 
 
  • What exactly is the Purpose of this International Credit Union?
 
The International Credit Union is a Service Organization designed and operated to assist its Members.  The Credit Union is owned by its Members and is operated solely for their benefit. The Credit Union manages member accounts, invests the funds of the Credit Union, and then shares the growth of those funds with the members according to their proportional position of membership.  All revenues generated by the Credit Union from its investments, interest earned on loans, and service fees collected are shared with the members after the administrative overhead is deducted from the revenues.
 
The International Credit Union will be providing Loans and offering Insurance to its Members at discounted rates in the near future.
 
Deposits and Interest Earned on Deposits Insured by a highly reputable Insurance Company that insures more than 3000 Credit Unions worldwide.   A complete copy of the Insurance Policy is posted in the back office of each Member’s online account.

  • Some Advantages to becoming a Preferred Member in the Credit Union
 
1. Preferred Members will have their deposits plus earned interest insured up to USD$25,000.00 at no charge.  Additional insurance for deposits exceeding those limits can be purchased at a very reasonable cost.  A complete copy of the insurance policy is posted for members in the back office of their credit union online account.
 
2. Interest Rates on Loans will be offered at 1/2% below Normal Loan Rate.
 
3. Reduced fees for currency exchange (25% discount on normal exchange fee)
 
 
 
Here is what you can do…..
 
Join QLx3 as a Free Member and upgrade as soon as possible by funding your e-Bullion account with at least USD$350.00.  This will more than cover the cost of joining QLX3 - $49.00 (one-time expense which includes the first month’s activity fee), the private affinity group – $100.00 (annual fee), a minimum USD$100.00 deposit in the credit union, plus an extra $100.00 to activate your accounts and cover fees for a short time. (As always, please don't overlook this program because you are not familiar with things of this nature or just don't want to ask a question. All of this is very simple once you understand...we are here to help!)
 
 
 
  • Steps to joining through QLx3, The Private Affinity Group, and  The  International Credit Union
 
1. Go to Solid Trust Pay (STP) and open a free account if you don’t already have one. 
 
2. Go to my referral link and then click on the free JOIN button.  Fill out the form creating your own unique username and password.  We recommend that you choose the option to ‘create three additional positions’.  You can earn income through a benefit of membership in Quantum Leap called QLxchange before you even spend any money.  Having four positions will maximize your income potential.
 
3. Once your STP account is funded you will be able to upgrade in QLx3 as an Active Affiliate.  Login to your QLx3 back office and click on ‘affiliate upgrade’.  You will be taken to a form where you will fill in your e-Bullion account number and password and transfer $49.00 in e-currency to QLx3.  This is a one-time cost and includes your first month’s activity fee.
 
4. Once you are an Active Affiliate in QLx3 a new button ‘OPG’ will appear in your QLX3 back office.  Login to your QLx3 back office and click on the ‘OPG’ button.  Fill out the form creating your own unique username and password for OPG and submit. 
 
5. You will be taken to another form where you will fill in your e-Bullion account number and password and transfer $100.00 to the private affinity group (OPG).  You will receive a welcome letter with all your login details.  You will also be given a membership number.  If this number is below 6000 you are eligible to join the international credit union as a Preferred Member.
 
6.  Login to your OPG website.  As is the case with all banking institutions, you will be required to prove your identity in order to open an account with the International Credit Union, i.e. your Driver’s License or Passport. Follow the instructions on scanning or having your Photo ID scanned listed in the News Section in the Main Table of Contents.
 
7. When your Photo ID is ready to upload, login to your OPG website and click on “Sign-UP” in the News Section in the Main Table of Contents. You will be taken to yet another form to complete and submit.  Many Members use the same username and password for the International Credit Union as listed with OPG to keep it simple.
 
8.  You will now be asked to upload your Photo ID. Once your ID documentation has been uploaded, it could take one to two business days for it to be reviewed and approved by an OICU administrator.  Once approved, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your ID and your account status.
 
9. Congratulations!  Now that you have completed this process send your first deposit to the International Credit Union so you can begin to enjoy passive earnings in an insured environment.  $100.00 is the minimum deposit and a maximum of $10,000.00 may be deposited every 180 days.
 
Once you establish your memberships in QLx3, OPG and open your Credit Union Account you will have more options to manage your money. 
 
As a Member of QLx3 you will now be able to pay fees and receive commissions through an e-Wallet (online) account managed by the Hallmark Bank and Trust in the Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies.  It is free to set up this account and fund it through different sources such as Citibank, the Bank of America, Western Union, e-Bullion etc. The monthly fee for your e-Wallet is $5.00, less than the $7.11 charged by e-Bullion. 
 
Once QLx3 Members have opened their free e-Wallet Account they will be able to purchase a numbered Maestro Cirrus Debit Card at a cost of $59.95 (already loaded with $30.00) when they are ready to withdraw.  This card, which will also be used by our International Credit Union, is issued by The Hallmark Bank and Trust based in the Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies.  Withdrawals can be sourced at any All Point System ATMs throughout the world as a surcharge free transaction.
 
 
 
QLx3 Members may now pay for the monthly $15.00 fee through the NEW QLx3 Reserve Account.  It is possible to transfer money into this account from e-Bullion or e-Wallet and pay NO storage fees.   This will give Passive Members the opportunity to fund their Reserve Account to cover monthly fees for months in advance.  This feature was added in response to requests from QLx3 Members!
